What do you do if you're bullied?

Continue to tell a trusted adult (parent, relative, teacher) about the bullying until the adult takes action.

Do not open or read messages from people you do not know.

Do not erase messages - they may be needed to take action.

Tell your school if it is school-related.

Never agree to meet with anyone you meet online.

You can often "block" the bully through messaging.

If you are threatened with harm, inform the local police.
