Coding
In this computer science elective, students learn the basics of coding and explore various forms of coding including Scratch and JavaScript. Students will create their own games and learn the importance of coding in careers and everyday life.
Graphic Design
In this creative elective, students learn about graphic design in everyday life and the importance of visual appearance. Students will design their own flyers, posters, logos, greeting cards, Google doodles, and much more!
3D Printing
This elective provides students the opportunity to design objects and print them using a 3D printer. Students will learn about a 3D printing program and how to get their ideas from that program to a 3D object.
Yearbook
Students will help create the ACS Yearbook for that school year. They will be involved in taking pictures, designing page layouts, and using their creative and technology skills to complete.
